2. Scope of Application<\/span><\/h4>

These TCS govern the sale of figurines and works of art (the \u201cProducts\u201d) carried out on the website www.napstoria.com, to consumers as defined by the French Consumer Code. Any order implies full and unconditional acceptance of these TCS.<\/span><\/p>

3. Product Information<\/span><\/h4>

Descriptions, dimensions, materials (e.g. polyurethane resin), finishes, limited editions and certificates of authenticity are specified on each product page. Photos are for illustration purposes only; colors\/tones may vary depending on screens and artisanal processes. Safety\/use: unless otherwise stated, these are art\/collectible objects, not toys, not intended for children.<\/span><\/p>

4. Prices, Taxes, and Fees<\/span><\/h4>

Prices are indicated in euros. VAT\u00a0 \u201cVAT not applicable \u2013 Article 293 B of the CGI.\u201d Displayed prices do not include delivery, reinforced packaging, or transport insurance fees, which are calculated and displayed before checkout.<\/span><\/p>

International sales: unless otherwise stated, shipments outside the EU are made DAP\/DDU (Delivered at Place): import duties and taxes (customs, local VAT, clearance\/advance fees) are payable by the customer and usually collected by the carrier upon delivery. DDP (prepaid taxes) option available upon quotation.<\/p>

5. Order (Double\u2011Click \/ Obligation to Pay)<\/span><\/h4>

Process: Cart \u2192 Identification\/Address \u2192 Delivery\/Payment selection \u2192 Summary \u2192 \u201cOrder with obligation to pay\u201d button (confirming the order after verification). An acknowledgment is sent by e\u2011mail.<\/span><\/p>

6. Contract Archiving \u2265 \u20ac120<\/span><\/h4>

For any online order of \u20ac120 (VAT incl.) or more, the contract is archived for 10 years and available upon customer request (copy by e\u2011mail or client account).<\/span><\/p>

7. Payment<\/span><\/h4>

Accepted methods: [CB\/Stripe], [PayPal], [bank transfer], [others]. Payment is debited upon order, except for custom orders: deposit [X%] at order, balance before shipment. Payments are secured by our service providers; we do not store your banking data.<\/span><\/p>

8. Delivery, Deadlines & Transfer of Risk<\/span><\/h4>

Indicative delivery times are indicated on the product page or in the cart. Otherwise, delivery occurs within 30 days after order confirmation.
– Seller\u2019s carrier: risk is transferred upon delivery to the client.
– Customer\u2011chosen carrier (if applicable): risk is transferred upon delivery to the carrier.<\/span><\/p>

Serviced zones, \u201csignature upon delivery\u201d options, and transport insurance are recommended for valuable artworks. In case of damaged parcels, issue detailed reservations immediately with the carrier and notify us within 48 hours.<\/p>

9. Right of Withdrawal (Distance Selling)<\/span><\/h4>

You have 14 days from receipt to withdraw without giving reason.
– Legal exceptions: no withdrawal for clearly personalized or made\u2011to\u2011order products (e.g. custom orders, engraving, specific patina), nor for unsealed security seals guaranteeing artwork integrity.
– Return: within 14 days of notification, in original (or equivalent) packaging, complete and in perfect condition. Return costs are at your expense (except defect or our error).
– Refund: within 14 days from notification of withdrawal, which may be deferred until receipt or proof of shipment. A withdrawal form is provided below.<\/span><\/p>

10. Legal Warranties<\/span><\/h4>

Legal warranty of conformity (2 years): repair\/replacement or, failing that, price reduction or contract cancellation. All related costs are covered by us.
Hidden defects warranty (art. 1641 Civil Code): you may choose contract cancellation or price reduction. Any commercial warranty is indicated on the product page.<\/span><\/p>

16. Applicable Law \u2014 Disputes<\/span><\/h4>
