About us

I design original and unique figurines dedicated to history and its great figures.

My works are born from the dialogue between contemporary technologies (modelling and 3D printing) and workshop expertise (moulding, casting, patinas).

My ambition is to preserve the memory of great figures through modern artistic creations.

Napoleon Collection

And what greater man than Napoleon to launch our first collection !

It is this Emperor, this military genius, this visionary reformer, this bridge between the old world and the modern world, the man who rocked my childhood and fuelled my dreams of adventure, that we present to you here, equipped with his smartphone, posing for eternity.

The selfie as a mirror of all eras ?

Napoleon, the great genius of his time, taking a selfie.

Ask Artificial Intelligence to critique the selfie phenomenon and this could be its response : “The selfie is a cultural symptom that reveals the dynamics of our time: hyper-connectivity, image worship, self-affirmation through social media.”

So is the selfie a mirror of our time ? Or of all times ?

Doesn’t this description apply perfectly to Napoleon ?

Replace hyper-connectivity with the hundreds of letters and reports received and sent daily ; replace social media with paintings, sculptures, and bulletins from the Grande Armée, and there we have it : our Napoleon taking a selfie.

A true story to tell.

So, as you can imagine, Napoleon taking a selfie is not like anyone else today.

At least he has something to say to us.

It’s not just self-worship, I’m the most handsome, I’m sticking out my tongue. No !

Napoleon did things, lots of things. Yes, he was a great man, associated with a great history.

Through each figurine, we will retrace a part of that history.

We present three different figurine models.

The Rise

  • From his birth (1769) to the coup d’état of 18 Brumaire (1799).
  • The figurine is based on the famous painting by Baron Gros depicting Bonaparte at the Bridge of Arcole.
  • It will be available in several versions, including the Italian campaign, the Egyptian campaign, Josephine, and more.

The Heyday

  • From the Consulate (1800) to the birth of the Aiglon (1811).
  • This figurine is inspired by François Gérard’s painting of the Coronation.
  • The great battles, reforms, coronation and his family will cover this period.

The Fall

  • From the Russian campaign (1812) to Les Invalides (1840).
  • Based on the portrait by Ernest Crofts.
  • The invasion of Russia and the retreat, the Hundred Days, Saint Helena… will mark the end of this epic.
